The legendary Formentor Hotel will reopen in June as a new Four Seasons, marking the chain’s second location in Spain and its most expensive property to date.
This was announced on Tuesday by representatives of the property owner (Emin Capital) and Four Seasons. The brand plans to start marketing vacation stays in March.
The Formentor has already restored the original volume of its building, and two model rooms—a suite and a standard room—have been furnished, offering a glimpse of the ultra-luxurious hotel experience it will provide once the hotel finally opens its doors. All furniture has been custom-designed exclusively for the project.
