Madrid’s emblematic hotel, The Westin Palace—widely known simply as “The Palace”—will unveil a new look in 2024. Along with its renovation, it will undergo a complete rebranding, becoming part of The Luxury Collection, which already operates six luxury hotels in Spain.
The legendary Formentor Hotel will reopen in June as a new Four Seasons, marking the chain’s second location in Spain and its most expensive property to date. This was announced on Tuesday by representatives of the property owner (Emin Capital) and Four Seasons.
Open and bright spaces, along with curved lines, are the most in-demand trends in architecture and interior design.
The boom in the sector is already making these new trends visible within cities.
