Celebrate the Chinese New Year at the Palace Hotel

The Chinese New Year has arrived in Madrid with the 9th edition of China Taste, from February 1st to March 3rd, 2026. This initiative celebrates the richness, diversity, and depth of one of the world’s oldest cuisines, enveloping diners in the aromas of spices, surprising textures, and a sensory journey that goes beyond the palate.

In the historic elegance of The Palace Hotel, the heart of the capital becomes a stage where Chinese tradition and haute cuisine meet to celebrate the Year of the Horse. For one month, La Cúpula Restaurant & Bar opens its doors to those seeking this culinary experience that combines history, culture, and creativity.

The collaboration with the renowned restaurant El Bund has resulted in a menu that explores the diversity of Chinese cuisine, from classic dim sum to the most emblematic dishes, reinterpreted with high-quality products and a contemporary touch to savor tradition without sacrificing innovation.
