A beautiful 19th century building that respects the traditional Haussmann architecture. 30 luxury flats designed by the baron, which have become a symbol of the city’s traditional charm.
The architectural details mark the difference among the artists, with rosettes, mouldings, corbels and columns giving a distinctive look to each building. And here Grupo Rosas Internacional was able to demonstrate its expertise, renovating the entire building with unique plasterwork.
