Grupo las Rosas Internacional worked on creating unique plasterwork on the walls and ceilings, with each piece responding to the characteristic styles of the Miramar Palace: Arabic, Mediterranean, Nasrid, classical and modernist.

The building was inaugurated in 1926 by Alfonso XII as the Hotel Príncipe de Asturias.
Part of a famous luxury hotel chain, it underwent an exquisite renovation, decorated preserving the original work by the architect Fernando Guerrero Strachan.
